Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back to the Ministry of Commerce.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unused to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Send via Owl Post
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
